The Norwegian Embassy included Zen Coaching in our annual retreat to enhance team communication. Our goal was to acquire tools for greater self-awareness and understanding of our surroundings in daily life. Jessica skillfully stimulated our creativity, guided us through reflections on individual strengths and challenges, and demonstrated effective communication during specific tasks. The team actively participated, sharing stories, reflections, and enjoying the experience. We are pleased with Zen Coaching's contributions and look forward to potential future collaborations with Jessica.
